1-on-1 Physical Therapy

At Mobilitide, I focus on personalized, one-on-one care that looks at the whole person—not just the symptoms. My approach blends dry needling, movement, and wellness strategies to help your body find balance and keep it. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in guiding and supporting you so you can feel better, move with ease, and get back to the activities you love most.

Katelyn H. Brady, PT, DPT, OCS

Hi, I’m Katelyn, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, in Philadelphia, with over a decade of experience. I am a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS), as well as a Dry Needling Specialist through Intricate Arts (IADN Cert. Specialist®)

My journey to becoming a PT started after sustaining an ACL injury and then ultimate surgical repair, during my junior year of college. I successfully spent that summer rehabbing and returned to complete my final year playing Division I lacrosse at The George Washington University in DC. Spending a full college summer not getting to do the things that most 21 year olds like to do was an eye opening /frustrating experience, but the respect and trust I had in my therapists during that journey is what ultimately led me to my career.

My passion for helping people continued to expand than once I experienced pregnancy and postpartum recovery after my children, leading me into further specific training in pelvic health /pelvic floor rehabilitation.

I had great experiences working for many other companies including cooperate insurance based companies, small private practices, hospital based systems and home health agencies over the last decade. However, during my experience, I also was witness some areas in which I no longer was getting to practice they way I thought was best for my clients, which ultimately led to me starting Mobilitide LLC.

I incorporate a holistic approach to my treatment, meaning, that I am going to get to know you and what makes you tick. Not one of us is the same, and therefore our journeys should not be the same either.  While I do not know what you are going through, I understand first hand what it means to be injured, pregnant/ postpartum and also wanting to maintain health despite a hectic life.

I also have successfully helped clients with chronic pain, and understand the emotion, mental and spiritual toll that can have on top of the physical limitations it can present.

My passion is helping people remain active, manage pain, and be able to do the things they love for as long as possible. Whether that means running a marathon,  lifting up your toddlers, hitting a PR a the gym,  running with your kids, hiking a mountain,  maintaining strength during perimenopause/menopause, or just living a full and active life,  I am here to support you on your journey.
